Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in Greenville, SC for an associate in the Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and related financing transactions. Commercial real estate leasing experience is preferred but not required. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Candidates must be familiar with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements.
• Commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.

• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
