Job Description

Our mission is to create a first-class buying and selling experience for all our clients and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a strong desire to help agents from listing to close. There are advancement opportunities for someone who desires to contribute to the growth and refinement of the organization. If this piques your interest, we highly encourage you to apply. This position is part-time 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Compensation:

$13 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist to sales agents, clients, and other parties with all listing and transaction management
  • Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
  • Purchase office supplies including marketing materials, cards for important dates, and office equipment
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met, and explain any challenges or issues
  • Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Canva, email, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail: Consistently exhibits meticulousness in tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work to contribute to the team's success
  • Proven ability to identify and fulfill team needs: Capable of assessing team requirements and proactively taking initiative to provide support to enhance overall efficiency and productivity
