Job Overview:

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, perform cleanings/recalls, and ensure excellent patient care.

Duties:

- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures

- Take dental x-rays, perform cleanings, apply fluoride and SDF

- Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

- X-ray certification

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance

- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software preferred

- Understanding of medical terminology

- Proficiency in infection control procedures

- Experience with pediatric patients or pediatric dentistry is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
