Position Summary: The Fox Project Manager role requires a self-motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with multiple departments to ensure an on time and successful launch for a given product is achieved. Position Responsibilities: Will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, requirement documents, facilitating design reviews, sample demand, manufacturing activities, testing activities, and hosting weekly/monthly project status reviews. Consults with project cross functional team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project scope to ensure project progress is on schedule and within required budget. Reviews status reports modifies schedules or requirement document as required. Prepares and presents monthly status reports. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; determining system improvements; supporting implementing change. Meets financial objectives by documenting project scope requirements. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Daily communication between sales, marketing, engineering, test, procurement, and manufacturing will be required. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Experience in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Microsoft Project and Excel Working knowledge of CAD software Pro-Engineer/Creo is a plus Strong process improvement knowledge Excellent leadership capabilities Ability to track project financials Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects and multiple meetings on a daily basis.
