Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is searching for a Banquet Captain/Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. This is a dual role that will work as a Banquet Captain in Roost, our elevated event space and a Restaurant Supervisor in our street level restaurant Revel. As a Banquet Captain in Roost, you will be responsible for supervising the banquet staff. You will be involved in the set up and cleanup of meeting rooms and ballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions. You will execute event orders, provide service for events, and ensure events run smoothly and client’s needs are met.

When working in Revel as a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in restaurant operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, manage booking of reservations, and resolve customer complaints.

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Banquet and Restaurant experience required
