Fox Carriers is Hiring a Remote Independent Agent/Freight Broker

This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Great compensation, hiring immediately, should have a book of business and prior freight brokering experience!

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage all aspects of the freight brokerage process, from booking to final delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Independent Agent/Freight Broker.
Determined hunter of new customers and business.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Proficient in using freight management software and tools.

Requirements:

Existing book of business.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
