Job Description: As a Ford Sales Consultant at Fowler Ford, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers through the entire car-buying process. You will be the face of our dealership, providing expert advice and guidance to prospective buyers. Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's requirements.

· Showcasing our inventory of Ford vehicles and highlighting their features and benefits.

· Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle performance and safety features.

· Providing accurate pricing and financing information to assist customers in making informed decisions.

· Collaborating with the finance team to secure competitive auto loans and leases for customers.

· Assisting with trade-ins and appraisals as needed.

· Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

· Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of Ford vehicles and their features is a plus.

· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

· Willingness to stay up-to-date on Ford products and industry trends.
