Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator

We seek an enthusiastic, friendly and fun person to join our 2-location craniofacial orthodontic practice.

Qualified candidates will have great work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills and are be able to establish positive relationships with patients, parents, referring & collaborating dental & medical doctors and their staff; a people person. They will have a demonstrated history of working in collaboration with supervisors, co-workers, and other team members. Our ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while working efficiently and must feel at ease working with computers and computerized office equipment.

Duties include answering multiple phone lines, scheduling patient appointments, performing assigned insurance-related duties, collecting payments, and general practice promotion.

Full-time position; available immediately. Software training will be provided.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
