NOTE: This position is on-site at our corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Position Summary:The Vendor Relations Manager supports the mission of continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational system. Works with qualified vendors to meet company needs and negotiates services and supplies.

Essential Functions:Vendor Management:

• Negotiating contracts and services with suppliers
• Assessing the performance of vendors
• Maintaining sufficient inventory
• Routing services to appropriate locations
• Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards 

Operations Support:

• New Store Vendor Setup
• Event Sponsorship
• Problem Resolution

Experience & Qualifications Requirements:

• BS Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5 Years experience in Operations or Ops Services
• Project management and support experience
• Experience in food service operations a plus

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid technical background in Microsoft Office Suite
• Confidence in building rapport with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
