About the Team:

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer role sits within Foursquare’s Revenue Operations function, whose remit is to drive the operational efficiency and productivity of our go-to-market (GTM) teams to accelerate their ability to hit their goals. Our Revenue Operations function is made up of Sales/CS/Partner Operations, Business Systems, Deal Desk, GTM Compensation, and Sales Development teams.

About the Role:

As a part of our Revenue Operations team, you will help to ensure that Foursquare’s Salesforce instance will drive the effectiveness and productivity of our various revenue-generating teams. The role will collaborate with other Revenue Operations and systems teams to design and implement out-of-the-box and custom Salesforce solutions that will support a wide range of critical business processes, including those that drive our Marketing, SDR, Sales, Customer Success, Client Services, and Partner teams. The role will also handle day-to-day support of the application following Foursquare’s best practices around maintaining data integrity and software development lifecycle processes.

As a key member of our growing Revenue Operations team, you’ll join an incredibly talented set of individuals who share passion for developing processes and systems that enable Foursquare to operate most efficiently and accelerate the company’s ability to achieve its overall goals.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Supporting and maintaining the current SFDC production environment via Salesforce ticket requests and defined projects
  • Supporting administration functions such as the maintenance of custom objects, page layouts, record types, fields, triggers, validation rules and formulas
  • Developing and maintaining apex code, process builder and flows, and participating in Quality Assurance (QA) efforts
  • Providing day-to-day end user support
  • Staying up-to-day on Salesforce releases and potential updates that will help to improve our system, while advising the team and Super Users of the benefits and risks of implementing the changes
  • Designing and developing data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including developing data transformations and creating automated jobs to support business processes
  • Supporting testing and validation, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments
  • Training new and existing users of Salesforce according to their job role/function and improving the proficiency of Salesforce users across the organization
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on existing processes, new implementations, application configuration, and related materials for users
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards in accordance with workforce requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, programming or a related field
  • 3 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
  • 2 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce.com System Administrator certified
  • Salesforce.com Platform Developer I certified is a plus
  • Experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Flows
  • Experience with enterprise end user support
  • Experience supporting and managing Salesforce-related tools and third party tools that integrate with Salesforce. Experience with any of the following specific tools is a plus: ZoomInfo/RingLead, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, D&B, Marketo, Clari, HighSpot, Gong
