The Role of the Security Officer BASIC PURPOSE: The Security Officer must be able to perform all duties efficiently through a wide range of constantly changing environmental conditions and duties. Our Security Officer is expected to secure the premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
