Starting pay is $17-$19/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors according to project specifications
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and compliance with building codes
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insulation installation not required, we will train!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
