Location | Primarily will visit patients in Jackson County, will also be given caseloads in Swain and Macon counties during certain times. |
Pay Range $28.64 - $40.32 per hour
The Primary Nurse coordinates the nursing plan of care, provides direct nursing care, and instructs/supervises the LPN and Hospice Aide staff in the delivery of nursing care to clients.
Manages the nursing care for an assigned caseload of approximately 15 patients with varying acuity and needs. Caseloads above this target will be co-managed or additional support will be offered. In the event the assigned caseload falls below this target, the nurse may be asked to provide support to other team members.
