Provide excellent, professional day-to-day hands-on personal care to individuals with chronic, serious, or life-limiting conditions. Hospice Aides must exhibit competencies required by law and abide by Four Seasons policies in providing personal care to patients, as directed by the written plan of care.
Performs 4 to 7 visits per day depending on location and acuity of patients served. In the event that daily assigned visit numbers exceed this range, additional support will be offered. In the event assigned visit numbers fall below the range, you may be asked to provide support to other team members.
