We are seeking a lively and work-enthusiastic Full-Time or Part-Time Salon Coordinator needed at Four Seasons Salon & Medspa located in the heart of Ashburn, VA.

We cater to an upscale client base and the ideal candidate will be personable, with a polite and professional demeanor. You will be working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, coordinating appointments for a very large clientele. With weekend availability, preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE* front desk/coordinator experience in a Salon or Medical Spa is REQUIRED

-Create schedules for staff members and assign duties to them according to their specific talents and abilities

- Ensure smooth salon and medical spa operations and efficiency in appointment tracking

- Proper reporting and analysis on inventory levels and salon product flow

- Computer literate (experience with a Salon Booking Software, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred)

- Flexible work schedule (must be available weekends)

- Proper phone etiquette and experience using multi-line phone system

- Customer service and organizational skills

-Ability to schedule campaigns for newsletters bi-monthly and manage social media and advertising presence across multiple digital channels (prior social media and newsletter experience - a plus!)

-Ability to manage growing social media account and take weekly/daily photos/videography of stylist/esthetician/therapist work

- Ability to learn product line and be able to sell to customers based on needs, trends, and preferences

- Punctual and professional appearance

Salary is flexible depending upon experience and managerial levels.
