TheOpportunity :

Hair Stylist (Part-Time)

Who We Look For :

We are looking for an individual who can providesupportin our spa department.

Responsibilities :

Provide professional and relaxed service to all guests, with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality

Perform a broad range of beauty servicesfromcuttinghair to performing scalp treatments

Work with a variety of different hair lengths, types, and textures; including recognizing problems of the hair or scalp and recommending appropriate treatments

Make guestsfeel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently

Accommodatingspecial requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services

Minimum Qualifications :

Current experience in a luxury hotel / spa environment as a Hair / Salon stylist

Possess a passion for flawless service

Ability to interact and connect with guests

Certified by the FL Board of Cosmetology

Solid communication and organizational skills

Detail oriented

Strong interpersonal and team skills

Have stable problemsolvingand time management skills

A sincere willingness toprovideservice to residents, guests, and peers.

Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule,abilityto workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
