Four Seasons is looking for a hardworking individual to join our staff. The ideal candidate should be able to secure permits in and around the Chicagoland area. Help manage paperwork during the permitting process, involving drop off or pick up paperwork from city/county offices, reviewing materials, reviewing permits to ensure they meet all submission requirements, and interacting with both city and office staff to help advance approvals

Role and Responsibilities

• Taking paperwork to the villages to obtain permits
• Taking permits to on-site jobs
• Scanning permits at the end of the day

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High-school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress work environment. Must be detail oriented, possess time management skills. Good communication skills. Bilingual if possible.
