Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating with vendors, budgeting, event planning, payroll, team management, schedule management, and performing various clerical tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders - Oversee vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory - Assist with budgeting and financial management - Plan and organize office events and meetings - Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of medical office management practices and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience with budgeting and financial management - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
