Four Season Travel is Hiring a Transportation Operations Manager Near El Monte, CA

**THIS IS A JOB REQUIREMENT FOR BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND CHINESE PROFICIENCY**

Four Season Travel is a rapidly growing tourism operator based in Southern California. Our divisions consist of charter bus, inbound and outbound tour operations, airport shuttle service and tour bus maintenance. We are proudly providing travel services to tour & coach operators around the world. Our fleet currently includes around 50 full size luxury coaches and covers all western states, with contract carriers providing services for the rest of the country and Canada. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality service, top-of-the-line buses, and exceptional tour experience for all travel needs.

We are seeking to fill the position of Transportation Operations Manager. The individual selected for this role will oversee and supervise the daily functions to guarantee adherence to the transportation agreement and in accordance with company guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers and location staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Participates in location labor and employee relations activities.
  • Identify, select, train, and develop location staff.
  • Participate and initiate frequent communication with location staff and support team members.
  • Assist in overseeing safety and training programs, plans, and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the allocation and utilization of transportation assets, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
  • Oversee and conduct accident and incident investigations.
  • Report and assist with investigating employee workplace accidents/injuries.

Requirement:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in a transportation management environment of similar scope and scale.
  • Bilingual English and Chinese (Required).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Will immediately gain a thorough knowledge of contractual obligations and company policy to assure that the bus operators, supervisors, and office staff’s activities are consistent and within contract, company policies, and regulatory laws.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Computer Efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
