Four Points, Inc. is a small non-profit located in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit serving Walker, Catoosa, Chattooga, and Dade counties. We are expanding our programs offered to the community and are looking for people who want to grow along with us.
We are seeking professionals with experience working with DFCS families working a case plan towards reunification and/or providing Wrap around services. Multiple positions available including: Transporters, Drug Screeners, Visitation Observers, Parent Aides, and Case Managers. Qualified applicants can provide multiple services. Services will be provided in the community, in client homes, virtually, or at a Four Points office depending on client needs.
Pay to commensurate with experience and/or licensure, mileage reimbursement.
Annual contract position to start with opportunity for advancement or to become hourly or salaried staff. Pay per service and/or per hour provided, plus time allowed for reporting and documentation of services provided.
Flexible schedule based on your availability and client availability. We are looking for contractors that can work non-traditional hours as well as traditional hours.
Pre-employment screening required including: Background check, CPS history check, pre-employment drug screen, etc.
Positions available for a range of experience including: High School Diploma or GED with no experience or 5 or 10 years experience in Human Services, Bachelors in Human Services with no experience, Masters Degrees in Human Services under supervision, provisionally, or fully licensed, Doctorates in Human Services with licensure.
