Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities - Ensure all rooms are up to company standards of cleanliness and presentation - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
