Four Oaks Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing facilit located in Jonesborough TN is now hiring a FT Housekeeping Assistant!
Housekeeping Assistant Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior facility areas under the supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor
- Assist in maintaining a positive physical and psycho-social environment for the residents.
- Responsible for vacuuming, mopping, polishing, etc. all rooms, offices, and common areas while straightening up to maintain an attractive appearance
- Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing when working in resident living or recreational areas
- Follow a regular schedule of all daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual cleaning requirements
- Assist with room changes, new admissions and discharges by preparing their room and moving any furniture or belongings needed
- Maintain facility function where it is sanitary, safe and free of hazardous conditions
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
- Protect our values by keeping patient information confidential
