Shift Leader
As Shift Leader, your role is crucial in making sure that our customers are always taken care of. Role excellence is about going above and beyond to make sure that the lives of your Team Members and guests are filled with Más! You support your RGM by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell’s standards of excellence. You will be responsible for:

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems while seeking help from others when appropriate.
• Provide direction and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
• Assuring that food safety standards and product quality standards are being met every shift.
• Supervising a staff of 8 or more employees on each shift.
• Training, coaching, development and recognition of Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and hold times.
• Executing administrative duties including balancing of cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or University degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to calculate and analyze data
• Conflict resolution
