We are a Premier Skilled Nursing Facility located in Fountain Hills.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, patient rooms, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (TELS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
