Seeking a property manager with a minimum of 5 years of HOA and Condo management experience. Project management a plus. Adaptable, fast paced, resolution driven. Must be licensed and experience with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication, organizational skills and references.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
Leadership qualities - works well with a team as your work affects others in the office and you will need to supervise others Ability to effectively manage administrative and maintenance staff. Able to understand direction and execute same Empathy, helpful and caring attitude – this is a service industry.
Education and Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager Licensed with DBPR as a Community Association Manager Bachelor’s Degree in business management is a plus.
Ability to work with multiple personality traits Able to stay calm in a stressful situation/able to diffuse situations Highly organized and attention to detail Verbal communication - the candidate has to sound professional and intelligent Written communication - proper grammar, spelling and ability to compose intelligent letters and notices Use skills in communication and problem solving to make life better for residents living in the community.
Accounting and Financial Management - can read and understand a balance sheet and income statement on a financial statement as well as understand how to prepare and manage an annual fiscal budget Ability to plan and execute on established plans Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Problem solver - able to analyze a problem and come up with creative solutions Negotiation – soliciting, interviewing and negotiating vendors/contractors Vendor Management - ability to efficiently and effectively manage third party vendor’s and their performance.
Must be able to prepare budgets, understand financials, solicit and analyze bids for services, monitor insurance coverage, prepare newsletters and meeting notices, communicate with homeowners, monitor performance of maintenance personnel of Associations, conduct routine inspections and follow up on violations and attend Board meetings.
Effective use of daily / monthly / annual calendar Ethical Conduct Basic computer programs (Word, Excel and email) Also, the ideal candidate would be: Positive in his/her outlook on life Self-motivated Eager to learn and ambitious Willing to put forth the effort to do things the right way.
Functions to include but not limited to:
Providing leadership to assigned properties.
Liaison with the board of directors covering all contractual obligations and providing excellent customer service to all members of the association.
Provides quick resolutions to questions and problems within the associations documented guidelines.
Works closely with all vendors servicing the association and ensuring that all work is properly insured and meets standards of associations needs.
