AssuredPartners is seeking a contract Associate Recruiter to join us for a temporary 3 month assignment! This assignment will provide recruiting support for an assigned region by maintaining a pipeline of candidates, sourcing to establish new candidates, and partnering with the business to guide hiring decisions.

• You know how to take initiative and communication well (verbal and written)
• Role Logistics:
• Full time position, Eastern Standard Time.
• Must be located in Orlando, FL and open to hybrid 3/2
• Must have full lifecycle recruitment experience

• Responsible for all aspects of employee recruiting for all positions within the assigned region. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), administers appropriate reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
• Develop a strategy to achieve potential candidates by outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, job boards, advertising campaigns, etc.
• Develop a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Maintain open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions.
• Coordinate and monitor the interview and testing process.
• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and acting as the intern champion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Sourcing experience highly preferred.
• Strong preference to those with experience working in the insurance industry.
• Bachelors Degree, preferred.
