Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the creation, optimization and scaling of all marketing campaigns to acquire a steady flow of new and returning customer sales.
  • Optimize all active marketing campaigns to insure the highest level of performance.
  • Cultivate and prospect new clients including local rounds of golf, golf package rounds, memberships, weddings, receptions, corporate events, golf outings and more.
  • Follow existing systems and develop and enforce new systems and standard operating procedures for important recurring tasks and reports.
  • Optimize digital presence on all platforms.
  • Work closely with Department Heads on developing marketing ideas, promotional ideas and events at the facilities.
  • Build Founders Group International brand awareness, including positioning.
  • Develop and understand finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.
  • Identify short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and implementing directives.
  • Develop marketing plans for each golf course, directing promotional support.
  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
  • Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
  • Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting orienting and training employees.
  • Perform counselling and disciplinary procedures when needed.
  • Continuous develop marketing team in relation to general information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with state and federal law.
  • Report safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.
  • Report any work-related injury to management immediately.
  • Take personal responsibility for safety every day.


Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
  • Must have fundamental computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Publisher.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and vendor partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Robust copywriting skills
  • Passionate and knowledgeable regarding the marketing industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, is organized and detail oriented
