This opportunity is full-time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a night shift schedule. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

Job Requirements :

Performs receptionist and secretarial duties while functioning as the focal communication source on the nursing unit.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent work experience including ability to read, write, and working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous experience in clinical or receptionist position, hospital experience, or satisfactory completion of training program preferred.
  • Able to perform detailed assignments and work under pressure.
  • Possesses communication skills to relate to patients, hospital staff, physicians, and visitors.
  • American Heart Association certification in BLS required.
  • Basic EKG or arrhythmia recognition course preferred.
  • Computer experience required.
