Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Assistant to their Millennium team in Pasadena or Orange Metro Region. 

Job Summary:

Millennium is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant experienced in commercial lines insurance. 

Essential Functions:

• Assists the Account Manager with all documentation required to set up new customers and renew existing customers. Including but not limited to issuing temporary auto ID cards, certificates, processing applications and forms, following up with underwriting requests, preparing renewal packets and communicating with brokers and handling endorsements.
• Monitors payment status, enters insured-issued certificates from templates into EPIC, pulls loss runs, prepares premium audits and closed claim notices
• Provides customer support relating to billing, claims and requests for information. Including but not limited to gathering renewal information, submitting and updating claims,
• Provides technical and administrative support to the Account Manager (and others as necessary), which may include following up on email and telephone requests, providing information to clients on the Account Manager’s behalf, attending meetings, being responsible for setting up reminders and offering additional support as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Industry experience recommended
• CA P&C license
• Experience with EPIC preferred
