Overview & Responsibilities :

• Takes clear, concise, and accurate notes from callers over the phone
• Dispatches mobile teams quickly and accurately to pick up decedents or pets from the place of death
• Schedules home euthanasia as needed
• Enters decedent information into our database
• Scans and files office documents and records
• Preforms other office duties as needed, including office cleaning

Requirements & Qualifications :

• High school degree, vocational degree, or equivalent preferred
• One year of call center experience
• Database experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working around deceased people
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
