Foundation for Successful Living is seeking motivated individuals who have a passion for working with people! Here at FSL, we serve a community of adults with disabilities in order to reach their goals of independence and create meaningful peer connections. Our staff enjoy a variety of skill building activities with our clients such as volunteering at local businesses to assist our clients in increasing their vocational skills or cooking to increase independent living skills. Many of our clients are looking to explore their interests and skills through social and physical activities as well such as photography, music and sports.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance to transport clients in the community. Mileage is reimbursed for transporting clients and the company carries liability insurance.

No experience needed, paid training provided

Performance based increases

Monday-Friday 8:45-2:15 (Minimum 3 days per week)

The business hours are great and allow for our staff to enjoy their personal time as well!

Duties:

• Provide and encourage natural supports to the clients.
• Document the activities of the clients.
• Treat all clients, their parents and staff with dignity and respect.
• Support clients in choosing their activities based on their client’s interests and goals.
• Assist clients in learning life skills and vocational skills based on their skill level
• Follow HIPAA policies regarding confidentiality of their clients.
