Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is currently seeking a hands-on, high energy Warehouse Lead to lead our team in the Delta, BC area. Warehouse/Stocker Supervisors are a skilled group of individuals that masterfully organize work, manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, and develop employees. Come build your career with an exciting and growing organization within the building products industry! Essential Warehouse/Stocker Supervisor Functions/Qualifications: 3-5 years of building supply warehouse experience preferably in the construction industry.Manages all warehouse activities in support of operations: maintenance of building and grounds, receiving, storing, picking delivering, and shipping materials, and inside/outside sales and etc.Maintains the appearance of the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.Collaborating with a team of experienced long-term members, you will do some lifting (50 pounds). Enforces safety guidelines and promotes a safe work environment.Maintains a high level of customer focus.Ensure that duties and responsibilities required of a warehouse assistant are accurate, timely and executed to company standards.Maintains a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.Must be able to operate a forklift and be willing to make deliveries as needed (Sprinter Van).
