Training Department Coordinator

This will require the planning of logistics for trainings and coordinating and tracking trainings with Fotona Trainers and customers.

The Training Coordinator must be highly organized, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have an aptitude for logistics, considering timing and travel for Fotona Trainers and customers’ availability.

The ideal candidate for this role has a can-do attitude, and works towards efficiency in all facets of their role, enabling our teams and customers to be successful.

Responsibilities :

Manage the training schedule for new customers and our Clinical Trainers, providing agendas for training on purchased devices and ensuring certificates are issued accordingly.

Coordinate training dates and communicate with customers and Trainers via email and over the phone in a professional timely manner.

Assign Trainers based on availability, skillset, geographic regions, and cost.

Track device shipment, installation, and training for our automated communication manager.

Input and track department metrics.

Upload and update training materials regularly as needed.

Create, send, and track third-party Trainer contracts.

Streamline processes wherever necessary with the help of other team members.

Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks required by the training department.

Skills :

Outstanding organizational skills, able to self-manage timelines, anticipate workflow, balance priorities, and have the flexibility to adjust as needed in a busy and ever-changing environment.

Strategic thinking, cost consciousness, and logistics aptitude to maximize delivery of timely customer trainings while minimizing cost.

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete multiple ongoing multi-task assignments accurately and on time.

Process-driven and excited by driving improvements in efficiencies through streamlined processes.

Able to think through several steps to make independent decisions.

Self-disciplined with a proven track record of dependability and good judgment.

Collaborative team player who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with internal and external customers in various geographic locations across the United States and among diverse groups.

Office Suite Skills (Experienced / Advanced Outlook, Basic Excel, Word).

Additional Requirements :

Flexibility to be available by phone, text, and email outside of regular business hours on occasion, as needed.

Ability to stand, push / pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist / turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and ability to commute to and work out of our Irving Office Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred, though not required.

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience preferred.

Compensation :

This is a full-time, salaried position. Annual Salary based on experience.
