Foth is currently seeking a team-focused and results-oriented Construction Manager/Construction Engineer who is looking for new opportunities and long-term career growth within our Construction Services team. You will be working out of our Milwaukee, WI (Franklin - The Rock Sports Complex) location actively participating in construction management, administration, and observation of municipal, transportation, and federal-aid projects.

System expansion, economic growth, aging infrastructure, and community preparedness are all challenges faced by nearly every community today. As a member of the Foth Infrastructure construction team, you will help clients meet these challenges while minimizing impacts to the community and the environment. From water systems, streets, and site development, you will be a part of providing effective solutions that are cost-conscious and practical.

What you will do:

• Perform construction management leadership activities which includes coordination of tasks between design staff and construction observers
• Assist construction observers with training and solving construction technical issues
• Manage construction schedules, primarily for municipal projects
• Provide assistance with estimating, contracting, and construction throughout the entire project
• Assist with planning and design activities during low construction activity periods
• Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with project engineers, contractors, and clients
• Provide value-added input to project constructability reviews
• Manage regulatory compliance and assist with process start-up
• Provide assistance with coordinating equipment supply
• Ensure adherence to specifications per client or project requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum eight years of experience in the construction field
• Minimum three years of experience in a construction management role

• Knowledge of public infrastructure to include utilities, roadways, and sewer/water facilities (i.e. lift stations, booster stations, elevated storage tanks)
