Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to undertake the responsibility of maintaining the condition and functionality of a multi-family complex.

Responsibilities

- Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team in performing daily maintenance activities

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins

- Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained

- Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands

- Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear

- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm

On-call schedule (on for two weeks, off for two/three weeks)
