**Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement skills acquisition and behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client success.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements:
- Enrolled in or completed coursework in psychology, education, social services, or related field preferred.

- One year experience working with children or adolescents preferred.

- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule of 10-20 hours per week during the academic year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations.

- High School diploma, valid driver's license, and approved background check required.
