Forward Slope Inc. currently has an opening for a Command and Control (C2) Chief Engineer. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Job Description

This position will provide high-level engineering support for Naval C2 and Navy Mission Solution opportunities. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Mentoring and providing technical guidance with respect to identification of Naval C2 opportunities, requirements and implementation to the software development and system engineering teams
• Advising company personnel on business capture and proposals
  • Reviewing, and providing technical content for proposals
• Providing innovative approaches to meet customer needs and delivery of those solutions
• Providing subject matter expertise on C4ISR opportunities and project execution

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• A combination of 20 years of experience supporting the development of Naval systems
• 20 Years’ experience supporting the development of Naval C4ISR systems
• 10 Year’s working as a technical director or above for Navy programs
• Proficient in MS Office or similar products

Other Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
