Summary: To set up and operate embroidery machines in a safe and efficient manner to produce completed products by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• 1. Set-up and operate embroidery machines in accordance with customer/vendor specifications and quality procedures, as well as perform machine maintenance to include but not limited to:

a. Oiling

b. Properly threading

c. Cleaning machines

2. Prepares materials to be used for each job by obtaining raw stock in accordance with the job order, verbal/written instruction, hooping required garments, and etc.

3. Operating multi head embroidery machine to produce products in accordance with production needs

4. Prepares finished product for shipping by cleaning and trimming all product, completing proper paperwork, verifying product counts, packaging, and labeling boxes

5. Verifies all paperwork is accurate and complete.

6. Reports problems or discrepancies to management immediately

7. Prolong standing with moderate lifting of at least twenty-five pounds

8. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations

9. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner

10. Answer incoming call in a professional, courteous, and effective manner

11. Performs other related duties as assigned
