FORVIS LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant, RA- ERQA at its New York, NY office.

Provide clients with guidance, recommendations, and support in understanding and implementing risk management concepts and activities, such as enterprise risk, operational risk, market risk, credit risk, etc. Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations, and team relations, and leading client engagement activities in all phases of project life cycle. Communicate complexities of the risk management process to stakeholders across the firm, and driving the creation of deliverables to achieve understanding at all levels. Support clients in collecting and analyzing risk and control data to create high-quality reporting materials and decision-useful information. Provide subject matter expertise to clients focusing on Risk Governance, Risk Taxonomy, Risk Identification, Risk Appetite, Risk Measurement, Risk and Control Assessments, Risk Reporting, etc. Stay abreast of industry practices, assessing the impact of news events on company risk management practices. Innovate and develop new solutions within the Enterprise Risk and Quantitative Advisory practice. Identify and foster long-term relationships with new and existing target clients. Help recruit, lead, and retain top talent within the advisory industry. Develop lasting relationships with senior executives of leading organizations. Assist in the material risk identification process and annual control testing project, participating in workshops with senior management across multiple lines of business. Establish Risk Appetite Statements to articulate the level and nature of risk taking throughout the organization. Position will require domestic travel 40% of the time.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related quantitative field of study (Foreign degree equivalent accepted). Position requires two (2) years of experience as a Consultant, Accountant or a related occupation. Position requires two (2) years of experience with risk management. Position requires two years of (2) experience with each of the following: Risk Governance; Risk Taxonomy; Risk Identification; Risk Measurements; Risk Control Assessments; and Risk management frameworks and standards and regulatory expectations for risk management.

Salary: $122,000.00 to $135,000.00/year

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. FORVIS reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.

New York Salary Range:
