Director/Managing Director | International Tax Services

How you will contribute:

• Managing and developing US international tax planning strategies and projects and their implementation
• Tax consulting in a professional environment for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of international tax solutions
• Planning and modeling regarding U.S. international tax rules, such as GILTI, subpart F, foreign tax credits, BEAT, FDII, IRC sec. 163(j), etc.
• Managing complicated international projects involving topics, such as Pillar 2, IC-DISCs, and ASC 740 tax provisions
• Review of international tax forms, such as 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8975, 8833, 1099, W-8, etc.
• Researching complex tax issues and preparing technical memos and documentation
• Managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
• Cultivating and developing new business

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or Juris Doctor
• 10 years or more of business tax experiencewith a large accounting firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company
• International tax and ASC 740 experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA license and/or relevant advanced degree
• Experience with GoSystem Tax RS, CCH Axcess and Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
