Description & Requirements
The campus recruiting responsibilities include the execution of full-cycle campus recruiting, spanning from early identification of student talent for internships and full-time hires for graduates and early career talent. Campus Recruiters are highly visible representatives of the firm that promote the FORVIS brand across campus communities in addition to nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates, faculty, staff, managing partners, along with other office personnel involved in the recruiting process.
This role serves as the subject matter expert for recruiting interns and consultants for the FORVIS Advisory Services region. The role's focus will be to provide the following contributions:
How you will contribute:
  • Proactively source and foster recruiting relationships with candidates from schools nationwide
  • Develop relationships with and serve as the point of contact for candidates through the full recruiting cycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including all levels of employees, partners, and leadership as well as university officials, clubs and organizations, faculty members, department heads, etc.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish pipeline needs and provide reporting and status updates on the progress of campus recruiting to the Campus Recruiting Manager and Advisory leadership
  • Partner with local office recruiters on strategic plans at key universities and local offices
  • Solicit feedback from Advisory leadership on matters pertaining to campus recruiting
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Avature & iCims) to review and move candidates through the full recruiting cycle
  • Understand and promote the Advisory business units and help match candidates accordingly
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
  • Participate in the development and execution of national recruiting activities as needed
  • Attend professional development and training sessions regularly
  • Ensure positive candidate experience while protecting FORVIS employer brand

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
  • More than one year of prior public accounting or recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Travel required, including some overnight trips, both by car and airplane
  • Experience delivering professional presentations
