Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and reporting, with expertise in general ledger reconciliation and corporate accounting.

To support our clinics – You will be responsible for recording the financial results of our clinics. You will develop relationships with the clinic staff and be responsible for maintaining their accounting records using Quickbooks Online.

To complement our dynamic team – You will be part of a collaborative, positive, and ambitious team that provides clinics and corporate management with financial information through administration, research, analysis, bookkeeping, account analysis and preparation of financial statements.

To grow with us– Your experience will be key to supporting our growing number of clinics.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing reports from different systems to record daily general ledger entries in Quickbooks Online;

- Recording transactions from bank activity;

- Entering vendor bills;

- Recording payroll entries;

- Recording intercompany transactions;

- Printing checks;

- Analyzing and recording physical inventory results from clinics;

- Bank reconciliations;

- Reconciling accounts, including recording accruals and prepaids;

- Review of clinic financial statements;

- Preparation of sales tax returns;

- Preparation of 1099s;

- Preparing of year-end tax package;

- Performing other accounting, financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, or equivalent skills and experience working in an accounting position;

- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures;

- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software;

- Must be professional, analytical, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
