Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtenders and Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods

- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences

- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes

- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
