We prepare students for college starting in preschool Transitional Kindergarten in San Bernardino and Sacramento Counties and are focused on closing the African American achievement gap.

Job Summary: Candidates must be passionate about serving students from low socio-economic backgrounds who need extra support. Experience working with students in small groups, 1:1 and large groups. Must work well with students, staff and principal, experience giving instruction in the core reading areas (decoding, phonics, comprehension, fluency and vocabulary) and is comfortable with basic elementary math. Must have experience working with students with learning disabilities. Be willing to be trained in assisting students in elementary reading and math concepts.
