YOUR ROLE:
- Plan, schedule, and execute work though CMMS
- Work with safety and environmental on plant audits
- FM Global (insurance)
- Air quality
- Ensure building/facility code compliance for fire, safety, and security hazards
- Retain and archive appropriate service records and history
- Dust collection
- Overhead cranes
- Generators
- Assure prompt response to production needs
- Assist in development of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for building/facility equipment
- Maintain and repair facility systems utilizing internal and contracted resources
- Electrical distribution
- Water
- Natural Gas
- Compressed air
- Chiller
- Sewer
- HVAC
- Shipping docks
- Cranes
- Mobile equipment
- Janitorial
- Grounds
- Pest control
Be a leader in our effort to focus on facility support equipment availability. Utilize fundamentals of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Manage multiple facilities
- Manage costs
- Drive process improvements
- Manage / schedule outside contractors
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
- Computer Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Bentley
- High School graduate or GED
- No Felony conviction in past 7 years
- Outstanding attendance
- Associate’s degree or technical certificate
