Join our team at Fortuna Business Management Consulting (Fortuna BMC) as a Provider Enrollment Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in processing applications for healthcare providers to participate in the Montana Healthcare Programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Process Medicaid provider enrollment applications
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries and complaints regarding applications
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Inform providers about services available and assess provider needs
• Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input
• Assist in planning and implementing department goals, making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Gather information, assess provider needs, research / resolve inquiries, and log provider calls and / or emails
• Process returned mail and verify images of PR enrollment documents
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and complete required assigned training
• Track daily tasks for quality review and ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Perform clerical tasks in the data entry function
