Print Operator:

Operates Xerox fleet of printing equipment to:

• Process Banks, Mutual Funds, Transportation, Health care type documents and checks.
• Works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs.
• Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as -Month Ends, Quarter Ends and Year End type volume.

Other responsibilities include:

• Able to handle multiple Printers (Operates our Xerox fleet of printers -288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipment.)
• Good verbal and written communication
• Works with FLEX and OOM
• Detailed oriented.
• Works well with numbers and can work independently.
• Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
• Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.
• Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
• Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.
• Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Completes all required documentation.
• Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Addresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately

* Two shifts available: 3AM to 11:30AM / 11PM to 7:30AM
