**Please Note: This is not a sales-driven role. This position is focused on establishing, growing, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients in a direct customer-facing position.

Job Summary: Fortress Nutrition is seeking an Client Services Specialist to oversee the relationships of our most important clients! This position is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term, key customers by providing solutions to their needs. This role requires the ability to build strong relationships and rapport while contributing to the overall success in sustaining and growing our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship of major clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve and provide solutions to issues that arise in a timely manner with strong sense of urgency.
  • Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Drive the project management process for onboarding new clients.
  • Manage client's day-to-day business, ensuring delivery of SLA metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ex. Quality, Operations, Production Planning, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent open channel of communication to ensure clients are constantly informed and up to date with orders, changes, updates, status, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3 years of proven customer support or experience overseeing customer accounts/relationships required
  • Previous experience in the food & beverage industry or other manufacturing industry strongly desired
  • Ability to think critically to evaluate growth opportunities within existing customer base
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional, courteous and understanding manner
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Desire and aptitude to build relationships with professionals at all organizations levels
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with urgency
