Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. If you have a passion for working with children and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care to children in a safe and secure environment - Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development - Maintain a clean and organized childcare area - Ensure the well-being of each child by following health and safety guidelines - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities - Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar role - Experience in toddler care, infant care, or classroom management is preferred - Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and understanding when dealing with children's emotions and behavior - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with students or providing educational support is a plus If you are passionate about providing quality care for children and have the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Childcare Provider. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chester, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
