• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules. 
• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch. 
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization. 
• Maintains, repairs and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems and emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems. 

• Submits receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing. 
• Perform any additional duties on an "as required" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual responsibilities. 
• Issue reports and summaries as required. 
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes. 
• Resolves clients' concerns, conducts follow-up calls and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance. 
• Create estimates as needed. Familiar with RS Means. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• The HVAC Technician will have 2 years’ experience in the Operations & Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
• The HVAC Technician will be proficient with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project), possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.

• $24.92 per hour
• $4.57 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (These monies are used for your benefits)
